• How do I start a conference call on Mobile Zac (Zultys)?

1. While on an active call pull up the hidden tab on the bottom of your screen.
2. Select the “new call” button from your available options (Note: this will put the original call on hold).
3. You can either select an extension/person from your Mobile Zac contacts, or to dial an external number select the dial pad icon from the top right and enter the telephone number.
4. Once connected to the new call, select the “merge to conference” button.
5. Both calls have now been merged to create a conference call within Mobile Zac.
